Case Study: Small Business Social

We had people queuing up to buy the Kaya Toast they saw in the viral video by BOS. I even had to increase my bread order from my supplier.
— Kaylin Eu, Owner, Ma-Makan

At the start of 2024, driven by my commitment to fostering a more diverse and equitable entrepreneurial environment, I introduced a small business social media grant specifically for womxn founders from underrepresented communities. One of the grant recipients, Kaylin Eu, owner of Berlin restaurant, Ma-Makan, was awarded 12 weeks of premium social media strategy development and tailored, hands-on support.

Throughout this period, we significantly enhanced Ma-Makan's Instagram presence, elevating it to a high-performing, visually compelling account with rapidly increased visibility. An effective strategy and consistency, resulted in measurable business growth and meaningful impact for Kaylin.

Let BOS build the right strategic approach for your business and see real impact on overall business goals.

This could be you.
